How can I stop symbols from being typed into Yahoo Go 2.0?
I have a Sprint HTC Mogul (it’s a vx6800) PDA/Phone and when I try to use the QWERTY keyboard to type information into Yahoo Go 2.0 all I get are symbols instead of letters. I saw another person posted the same issue with his Verizon Wireless vx6800 but the answer was not useful.
Is this a known issue. If so, is Yahoo working on a fix?
You need to download a new keyboard driver. Click on the following link. UTStarcom. Select Verizon as your carrier then click on the download link.
