i dont no what to do?

ok …. i realy like this guy lets call him j…….ok im 14 he is 16… ok my parents r xtremely overprotective and i think about j at least 10 times every day…i have sceen him 2x and he has my # ….i look at my phone constantly to see if he has called. my mom still dosnt know that he has my # …ive talked to him like 4x (when my parents arnt home) every time my cell rings my heart drops to the floor and i realllllly want to go out w/ him!!!
wat can i tell my parents to let me go out??

i cant call him back cause his stepdad took away his phone

Wow!!! I feel like I am covered in honey after reading that question. I thought my gf (who is by the way a true Greek God-dess of sweetness) was excitably sweet, but you take the sugar cake.
First you have got to relax. You have got to learn to let the guys like you at least ten times more than you like them, or at least pretend to be that way. Understand, if you aren’t a challenge to get, we just don’t want you. Please try to understand this. It’s one of the differences between men and women. If you don’t let him come to you and work to get you to notice and like him, he won’t appreciate having you as is gf. It’s by doing this hard work that we guys learn we like you. If you go towards him professing your love and admiration too early, he will never get to figure out in his own mind that he even wanted to be your sweetheart. On that note, let him call you all the time. Be happy to talk to him when he does but let him call. Jeez, girls don’t get it that we want to be the one to call. The idea is for him to like you right? You may feel like he will like you if you just tell him how strongly you feel but that’s not how it works with guys.
OK next—-

You got this deal going with your parents. They gave birth to you and have paid to put all these groceries in you and have grown you up to this tender aged young lady. All so you can go and be secretive and sneak around and be mystery girl. (Where is she going and who is she with?)

Go to your parents and act like a grown up. Tell them you understand how they want to keep you safe from the evil world and that you intend to behave in a safe and responsible way towards guys (call them boys to your parents). That you understand it’s hard to give some freedom to someone they love so much as they do their darling daughter. But without the chance to grow in this way and gain experience you will be forced to sneak around behind their backs and be secretive just like most of the other kids do.
Tell them, if they can relax and not feel they have to pass judgment on everything you do and everyone you date, that you are willing to be fully open and honest about all that you are doing. That in your willingness to tell them, you understand they desire to be good, guiding parents however, their opinions will be held to themselves unless requested.
These are the conditions of getting your full and open honesty.

Now, if you don’t think you can keep your end of the bargain, you better not get into this agreement. Remember, when you decide it’s ok for a guy to touch you on a part of your person, that guys don’t usually have permission to touch, you have to be willing to tell your parents (your mom) that this is the stage you are at in your relationship. Your folks both went through this stage, at your age. It’s just normal curiosity.
What you’re doing now; with this bit of secrecy from your parents; could lead you into serious trouble. Not the little sneaky phone calls but the hiding stuff. Its a few steps away where you get a little deeper and do something you worry about. I don’t say that pretending to know you but I know how I was at 14 and my friends and all the girls I have ever know.
